The Business Analyst (BA), Financial Markets Operations role will be accountable for supporting the delivery and implementation of the Financial Markets Platform (FMP), a new treasury, risk management and trading platform for TCorp.
The role will provide business analysis expertise across Front, Middle and Back Office as well as supporting Technology. The role will also assist with data migration and testing activities, business readiness activities and training documentation preparation, implementing the target operating model, assisting to define processes, process maps and controls.
Key capabilities required by the BA include the ability to work with a variety of streams covering Front, Middle and Back Office operational change, cultural change and Technology implementations; experience with data migration and data analysis; thorough understanding of operational risk and preventative and control practices; understanding of all asset classes and instrument types with strong delivery focus, attention to detail and ability to work in a dynamic fast paced environment.
TCorp would like to hear from candidates with tertiary qualification in finance (or business related discipline) and a minimum of 5 years’ experience in the financial services industry specifically working as a BA within Financial Markets. Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management and experience in concurrently managing multiple business streams of work is essential. Experience in documenting process maps with ARIS experience or certification is preferred.
