Amentum has an exciting opportunity for a full-time Business Process Manager to join their team in Alice Springs, NT - Australia.

THE ROLE
The Business Process Manager is responsible for leading process improvement initiatives in consultation with Engineering, Projects, Integration & Construction management across all areas of the department. The Business Process Manager is also responsible for developing change management processes and plans to ensure effective integration and process implementation across the program.
The position plays an integral role within a diverse and complex work environment that is responsible for the management and control of critical infrastructure configuration, project management, and construction; and is a key integrator of the teams within the EPIC functional area.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities/Duties
Lead process improvement initiatives, driving strategic change and overcoming obstacles to achieve desired outcomes.
Manage the scheduling, resourcing, administration and supervision of relevant employees, processes, and procedures key to Engineering, Projects, Integration & Construction.
Consult with Engineering, Projects, Integration & Construction management to ensure current and new processes align with the department's strategic goals.
Work with management to develop solutions and change management plans to ensure Business Operations remain efficient, effective and successful.
Develop, manage and maintain Engineering, Projects, Integration & Constructions procedural documentation including retention, review & storage procedures to maintain satisfactory document control.
Ensure, promote, and maintain health and safety practices/compliances at site and within the workplace.
Any other reasonable duties as requested

Field: Change management, business, management, process/systems engineering.

Post Graduate Qualifications

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS – Minimum Essential
Minimum Essential
Experience in process development, business management, administration, and/or integration.
Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with varied stakeholders.
Experience with MS Officer operating system.
WORK ENVIRONMENT, PHYSICAL DEMANDS, AND MENTAL DEMANDS
Typical office environment with no unusual hazards, occasional lifting to 10kgs, kneeling, standing and walking, routinely sitting and constant use of speech/hearing abilities for communication, constant mental alertness, and must be able to work under deadlines.

EHS REQUIREMENT
