Position Overview
The Business Relationship Manager will serve as a crucial link between our organisation and our clients, driving growth, fostering strong relationships, and executing strategic development initiatives. Reporting directly to the General Manager, the BRM will collaborate closely with senior management and other stakeholders to enhance product and service delivery while maximizing revenue opportunities.
Key Objectives:
- Provide leadership as an active member of the senior management team.
- Enhance product and service delivery to maximize client satisfaction and retention.
- Grow the client base and maximize revenue from existing clients.
- Act as a brand ambassador, promoting and nurturing the company's brand in the market.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Cultivate and nurture client relationships through various channels.
- Explore opportunities to grow business and profitability from existing clients.
- Identify and pursue new business leads within the market.
- Lead inbound sales efforts and manage sales leads effectively.
- Collaborate with the senior management team to ensure seamless execution of business development plans.
- Oversee marketing content and delivery across multiple platforms.
- Identify opportunities for new product and service development.
- Maintain a safe working environment in accordance with company policies.
- Adhere to company values, code of conduct, and policies.
- Meet all key performance indicators set for the role.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Leadership abilities with a proven track record of team collaboration.
- Ability to work autonomously and self-motivate.
- Experience in strategic planning and execution of business development strategies.
- Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding targets.
- High level of organization skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Experience in financial services is desirable but not essential.
- Ability to create and deliver effective presentations.
