As Business Development and Relationship Manager, you will take the operational lead role for Tadpac – a disability social enterprise that provides professional printing, assembly and mail out services. Working with a $1.5m budget, you will drive growth and develop customer relationships that increase Tadpac’s financial performance and social impact. Achieving this will ensure Tadpac continues to provide meaningful employment and a sense of community to people living with disability.
You will focus on:
- Pushing business consolidation, growth, and the implementation of Tadpac’s strategic plan
- Undertaking sector & market research for data-informed Business Development activities
- Recommending process improvements that support business and people growth

Work from home option to work from home two (2) days a week.
In addition to receiving an annual salary ranging between $105k and superannuation, you’ll also receive 17.5% leave loading and an ability to increase your take-home pay by accessing up to $15,900 in salary packaging benefits.
There is also an option for additional purchased leave to increase your annual leave entitlements.
About you
You are an experienced Business Development professional who seeks to strike a balance between applying your strong growth mindset and a sense of community by joining an ethical and moral organisation where people and the community really matter. Your compassion and empathy will bring you success when engaging with internal and external stakeholders.
You will bring:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications – Business, Marketing, etc.
- Demonstrated success in developing strategic service plans, business plans and or tender development
- Demonstrated success in Business Development, sales or account management within the digital print industry
- An ability to work with supported employees with a disability.
- Previous experience in new Business Development and early phase growth planning
- Proven track record in defining, meeting and exceeding revenue targets
