About the Role
As a Business Services Officer, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the effective delivery of core services to the Development Assessment Branch. The Branch assess developments and conduct investigations related to planning, building, plumbing, and engineering, striving to uphold the highest standards for our community.

- Provide efficient business support services in line with Branch Service Delivery Agreements.

- Deliver excellent frontline customer service, prioritizing tasks to meet multiple competing timeframes.

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Extensive experience in a fast-paced business administration environment.
- Highly developed organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Advanced word processing skills and proficiency in computerized data administration.
- Ability to manage workloads effectively and collaborate with colleagues to meet deadlines.
- Valid C class driver's license required for employment in this position.
