We are currently seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team as an Business/ Store Manager (Retail & Wholesale)sales. This role plays a crucial part in supporting our overall business operations and ensuring efficient processes within the company.
Key Responsibilities
Operations Management
- Daily Operations: Oversee daily operations in both retail and wholesale departments to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Staff Management: Train, and supervise staff, including scheduling, performance evaluations, and resolving conflicts.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels, order new stock as needed, and ensure proper storage and handling.
Sales and Marketing
- Sales Strategies: Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue in both retail and wholesale sectors.
- Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and suppliers.
- Marketing Campaigns: Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote products and increase brand awareness.
Financial Management
- Budgeting: Prepare and manage budgets for retail and wholesale operations.
- Financial Reporting: Track sales, expenses, and profits, and prepare regular financial reports for senior management.
- Cost Control: Identify and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality or customer satisfaction.
Customer Service
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing complaints and feedback promptly.
- Service Standards: Establish and maintain high standards for customer service across both retail and wholesale operations.
Skills and Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in retail and/or wholesale management.
- Leadership: Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Customer Service: Commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
