As a Business Support Specialist within our dynamic logistics joint venture company involved in a KSA’s NEOM project, you will play a crucial role in supporting Executive Directors and senior management functions across various project sites.

You will be responsible for translating task briefs, incident reports, test outcomes into specific formats related to Construction Engineering and construction logistics. The ideal candidate will be highly proficient in English and preferably possess a background in similar tasks, Construction Engineering, or logistics to ensure a thorough understanding of the technical verbiage.

Responsibilities: 

• Collaborate with Executive Directors and senior management to translate task briefs, incident reports, and ongoing communication exchanges to facilitate iterative improvements and adjustments within the project management process.
• Translate technical documents and reports into clear, concise, and engaging copy for various audiences and purposes.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of terminology and messaging across all written materials.
• Work closely with project teams to gather relevant information and ensure alignment with project goals and objectives.
• Edit and proofread copy to ensure grammatical accuracy, clarity, and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Assist in developing and maintaining a repository of standardized templates and formats for various types of project documentation.

• Bachelor's degree in English, Communications or a related field.
• Proven experience (2+ years) as an Analyst, Technical writer, or similar role, preferably in a logistics environment related to construction projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to translate technical information into clear and concise copy.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Team player with excellent interpersonal skills, able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
