Are you passionate about ensuring best practise processes and driving efficiencies through Business systems? Sutherland Shire Council is looking for a dynamic Business Systems Specialist to join our Leisure Centres team. As the go-to expert for system applications, this role offers the chance to innovate, optimise operations, and provide valuable insights for data-driven decision making.
In this hands-on role, you will play a key part in the daily operation of various Business systems and contribute to the overall success of Leisure Services.
We Are Looking for Candidates Who Have:
As our ideal candidate, you will have a tertiary qualification in Business, Management, Technology, Computer Science, or relevant industry experience in Business Systems administration. With significant experience in systems application management and a strong background in project management, you will excel in configuring, analysing, and optimising business applications.
- Act as a specialist/superuser for Leisure Services Business systems.
- Provide expert advice and support to staff on system applications and service improvement.
- Manage the lifecycle and performance of assigned applications/systems.
- Train and induct users, maintain SOPs, and conduct regular reviews for continuous improvement.
- Lead small projects, provide Business systems reporting, and drive innovation initiatives.
