Maxima, and Mayfair Steel & Aluminium, are looking for a dedicated individual to undertake a Business Traineeship, working as a Production Assistant.
Reporting to the Officer Manager, the Production Assistant is responsible for admin tasks assisting in production and supporting workplace health and safety.
This fulltime traineeship, located at Carole Park, will see you receive on-the-job training and support by working alongside experienced supervisors and studying towards a nationally recognised Certificate III in Business.
Duties Include:
- Customer service, in person, written and over the phone
- Data entry
- Create quotes, purchase orders and open and close jobs
- Order office supplies
- Organise management meetings
- Enter invoices
- Additional administrative duties as required
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong attention to detail
- Positive and proactive approach
- Willingness to learn and take initiative
- Thrive working under pressure and when multitasking
- Ability to build rapport with a variety of people
- Effective time management skills
- Previous customer service experience (desirable)
- Strong computer knowledge including Microsoft Office and PDF
- Driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle
Monday to Thursday: 6:00am – 2:30pm
Friday: 6:00am – 12:00pm
