Based in Stepney, our client who is a growing business, and specialise in high end electrical and automation solutions is looking for a Administrator trainee to join their team.
What will you be doing?
- Staff the reception area and maintain a tidy workspace.
- Prepare consult rooms and welcome clients.
- Handle deliveries and manage office supplies.
- Answer phones, take messages, and review admin emails.
- Check and reconcile timesheets and client payments
- Assist with onboarding/offboarding employees and liaising with training organizations.
- Document processes and procedures.
About you?
- Excellent communication skills and demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- High level organisational skills, professional phone manner and strong attention to detail
- A reliable and punctual individual who demonstrates initiative.
- Demonstrated customer service experience
- Proficiency within the Microsoft Suite
