Business Traineeship

MRAEL are seeking a highly motivated and eager Junior Business Trainee to join the team at P.I Technical Services.
Our Client, P.I Technical Services is a small engineering business that builds and overhauls electrical equipment for the coal mines in the Bowen Basin. P.I Technical Services have a safe and friendly work environment with a good open and welcoming culture.
As the Junior Business Trainee, you will be working on but not limited to;

• Producing and modifying documents in Microsoft word and excel.
• Update schedules and timelines in Microsoft Project.
• Data entry into the organisation database.
• Answering telephone calls in a courteous manner.
• Preparation of management reports and documentation.
• Record keeping, filing, scanning and archiving documentation.

What the successful candidate will bring to the position;

• Work well with in a team environment
• Neat and professional presentation

The successful applicant must be able to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol test.
Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
• Must be an Australian citizen/resident
• A positive quick learner attitude
• Reliable and punctual
• Responsible and mature minded
• Genuine interest in this career path
