Business Trainer - Cert 2&3

The role is responsible for:

• Delivering a high standard of training and assessment to our business students. 
• Work towards producing employment opportunities and pathways for students.
• Networking with local employers to source workplace visits and work experience placements for participants
• Undertaking development activities to maintain current industry knowledge and skills.
• Striving to generate employment opportunities for our students.
• Demonstrating a competitive attitude towards targets and KPIs
• Engaging with employers is crucial to this role, be confident in initiating new employer contacts

The successful candidate must have

• TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or diploma or higher-level qualification in adult education. 
• BSB30120 Certificate III in Business 
• Have the relevant vocational competencies at least to the level being delivered and assessed. 
• Current Driver’s License
• Current National DCSI Clearance Check & Police check
• An ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with diverse groups of people.
• A highly energetic and enthusiastic attitude
• Ability to work with participants in a proactive, result based environment.
• Effective time management and organisational skills
• A minimum of 3 years industry experience in a Business Services environment
• Demonstrated experience in training of people including staff or students, whether it be internally or externally
