Business Transformation Specialist

Our team are currently looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Business Transformation Specialist.

What you'll do:

Be part of this dynamic team delivering tangible improvement & innovation through a varied program of work that support teams in delivering Business Transformation activities across Perth Airport. Our team is committed to optimising processes achieving sustainable growth and success. As a Business Transformation Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving organisational excellence and facilitating transformative initiatives.

About you:

Building strong relationships with stakeholders across the business and really understanding their needs is a key function of the Business Transformation team. Joining us, you will need to be naturally curious and a skilled collaborator and communicator, tactful but can hold the line, able to work comfortably in complex environments, with resilience and flexibility. You operate with a bias for action, and are energetic and proactive, finding solutions not just problems.

The ideal candidate will have a background in driving innovation, change management, and process optimisation. You will be an experienced facilitator with experience in the application of improvement methodologies such as LEAN or Design Thinking, with experience in leading improvement projects from initiation to execution, you may also have gained some experience in guiding the development of automated business processes.

The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience in the Business Transformation field, with prior exposure to Process Automation and Change Management. This role will require a high level strategic thinking and attention to detail with all levels of employees both internally and externally to the business.
