What’s on offer?We are thrilled to announce that after securing the prestigious RAMC GEN3 contract, we are expanding our team! This major maintenance contract, based on the beautiful Sunshine Coast offers a stable and dynamic work environment with a contract spanning five years, plus a potential three-year extension.This role is an outstanding opportunity for a Maintenance Supervisor who thrives in managing and ensuring superior maintenance of infrastructure.Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities for the RAMC GEN3 project.
• Develop, implement, and oversee maintenance procedures to ensure effectiveness and efficiency.
• Manage and monitor equipment inventory, procurement, and usage.
• Control maintenance expenses and adhere to budget constraints.
• Foster strong relationships with staff, contractors, service providers, and project stakeholders.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance operations and ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in maintenance or surfacing supervision, preferably in road asset management or related fields.
• Strong technical knowledge of road maintenance machinery and operations.
• Excellent organisational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Adept at problem-solving and decision-making.
• Driver’s license and ability to travel as needed.
