Butcher/Boner

Micks Meats Wholesale in Padstow is currently seeking an experienced butcher to join our team.

Role:

- Break Lamb and Pig carcasses

- Bone various cuts of lamb and pork

- Work as part of the team to prepare orders

- Work in a temperature controlled environment

- Full time, Monday till Friday 5:30am till 3:30pm (Saturdays possibility)

- Salary paid weekly

Applicants Must Have:

- Proven experience as butcher minimum 2 years

- Experience in boning and portioning

- Have good communication skills and speak fluent English

- Be able to work in a fast paced environment from time to time

- Be able to handle up till 30kg

- Must have full work rights in Australia
