About the Role
We are seeking a supremely ambitious Buyers Agent Associate to join our top-tier team. In this role, you will:
- Identify and Secure Premier Properties: Through meticulous sourcing, evaluation, and due diligence, you will navigate the entire acquisition process. Your expertise will shine during property inspections and throughout the settlement processes.
- Master Off-Market Dealings: Develop and execute strategies to uncover properties before they appear on the market, leveraging your network of real estate professionals and our proprietary tools.
- Matching Properties to Client Requirements: You will be able to analyse and identify key client purchase requirements and match the highest performing assets to the client.
- Lead Administrative Excellence and Reporting: Your organisational skills will ensure seamless transactions and provide critical market insights to our leadership.
Important: you will be working with a Client manager/Buyers Agent - who will be responsible for the property presentation, final due diligence, client management and negotiation.
Who You Are
- A Real Estate Connoisseur: With at least 3 years of experience, your deep market knowledge and extensive network set you apart.
- An Articulate Communicator: You have the ability to articulate complex ideas with clarity, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and informed.
- Tech-Forward and Adaptable: Proficiency in advanced real estate tools and software, enabling you to adapt swiftly to market dynamics.
