You will be responsible for executing the various Data Management activities from the Group’s Data Management framework such as identification of Critical Data Elements (CDEs), performing Data Quality Assessments, capturing, and completing Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3 data lineages and identification of data controls.Your responsibilities will includeEngage with various Squads and Stakeholders to analyse data quality and integrity issues impacting business including risk, compliance and regulatory issuesProvide data stewardship support and subject matter expertise in Data Management to key stakeholders in order to drive quality data deliveryDesign tactical and strategic solution to remediate data issues and work with IT delivery team for implementation of the planDesign and build ongoing Data Quality and Data reconciliation reporting solution to support on-going monitoringApply data governance framework to identify critical data elements (CDEs) by using the ready-reckoner tool and capture business and technical metadata, lineage, data quality rules for the CDEsLink CDEs to business processes to identify critical points in the business where data errors could occurIdentify checkpoints for build of Data Controls to ensure data passing through the checkpoint is assessed for qualityIndependently manage the work stream and the relationship with stakeholders including Line 1 and Line 2 risk teams with escalation to Line Manager as necessaryAnalyse and document data element using Data Management Implementation methodology.Upload Data Management artefacts in the Data Governance Tool (Alation).We're interested in hearing from people who havePlease note that we are interested in hearing from people who might not meet all the following criteria.
