Role Description

Wealth Hub Australia is seeking a full-time, on-site Buyers Agent to join our passionate team. As a Buyers Agent, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service to our clients. Your responsibilities will include holding a valid real estate license, representing buyers in residential real estate transactions, and driving sales. You will also have the opportunity to engage with clients, providing them with personalized advice on investment opportunities.

Qualifications

To excel in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications:

- Excellent Customer Service Skills: A commitment to delivering top-notch customer service.

- Current Certificate of Registration: Hold a valid certificate of registration.

- Residential Real Estate Experience: Proven experience representing buyers in residential real estate transactions.

- Strong Sales and Negotiation Skills: Adept at sales and negotiation techniques.

- Team Player: Ability to maintain professionalism and collaborate effectively with team members.

- Organisational and Time Management Skills: Strong organizational and time management abilities.

- Preferred Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree is preferred, although not mandatory.

Candidates with experience in property investment or finance will be highly regarded. Additionally, a deep understanding of economic indicators and market trends would be beneficial.
