AddressThis is not a standard Real Estate Position, you will have full exposure to all area of sale and leasing.
No door knocking required as you will get a company lead and listing to work with .
- Customer service and buyer follow up
- Database entry and management
- Process and follow-up of buyer enquiries
- Compliance
- Managing sales files
- Meeting buyers and assisting with OFI
- Liaising with photographers and stylists in preparation for going to market
- Proof-reading and approving sales adverts - working with marketing teams
- Working closely with the sales team and listing agents
Candidate Requirement :
- Agent's Representative Certificate or Certificate 4 in Property
- Real Estate/sales experience of 6 - 12 months would be preferred but not essential
- The ability to remain calm and continue to progress when under pressure
- Exemplary attention to detail and pride in the level of service they provide to clients
- Excellent time management, prioritisation & communication skills
- high degree of computer literacy (ie: Microsoft, Outlook etc)
- Positive and resilient nature
- Tenacious, team player, 'can-do' attitude
- Pride in their presentation
- Current driver's license & a reliable vehicle
- Available to work Saturday's
