These tiny cabins are much more than just a place to sleep and dream, it is a peaceful corner to retreat to in nature where you are given the physical and mental space to recharge and relax.

Opportunity

Heyscape are looking for an exceptional Cabin Manager to be responsible for the presentation of our Toodyay cabins. 

This permanent role requires the successful candidate to travel between both properties and as such the salary package will include a company motor vehicle and be flexible to flex up in hours as required.

Tasks & Responsibilities
  • Ensure Heyscape’s cabins are presented to guests at the highest levels and includes:
    • Cleaning cabins (includes: interior, balcony - BBQ, surrounding area and amenities, e.g. Firepit, Hammocks, Outdoor Cinema, Outdoor Bath)
    • Style cabins in accordance with style guide
    • Maintain consumables stock levels and alert Manager when additional supplies are required
  • Alert Maintenance team of any issues related to the cabin and associated infrastructure, e.g. water levels, power, compostable toilet, air conditioner
  • Identify and recommend for consideration opportunities to improve cleaning processes
  • Assist with delivering in-cabin guest experience, e.g. where Meals are purchased by guest, placed in Cabin prior to arrival
  • Any other requirement required to ensure Guest experience for the duration of their stay is exceptions 
Experience
  • Previous experience in the Tourism industry as a Cabin/Resort/Property Manager viewed favourably.  Exp. in the Aged Care, Hospitality or Mining industry in cleaning and/or facilities roles also will be looked upon favourably.
