Implementation Manager will specialise in taking strategies and plans and executing them on the ground, concentrating on turning ideas into operational reality.The successful applicant will work with the delivery teams and business users, they will be responsible for taking the desired business outcomes as inputs and help support and guide the delivery teams feature refinement and implementing the designed work.The applicant will be highly engaged with the delivery teams, building strong relationships and being able to work collaboratively with the teams is critical.They will also be responsible for building strong relationships with the business stakeholders, they will play a key role influencing business stakeholders to understand the constraints and support the teams advice and designs.
Roles and responsibilities:DeliverablesThe Deliverables for the
Implementation Manager include, but are not limited to the following:Collaborate with internal and client stakeholders for timely project delivery.Accurately gather and document Customer requirements through meetings and workshops.Assist with development of use cases, and user acceptance testing cases, as well as troubleshooting configuration problems.Ensure high customer satisfaction through quality assurance checks to ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality products.Conduct training, webinars, and upskilling sessions.Assisting product owners in the development of EPICs.
Required Skills & Experience- Working with stakeholders, researchers, analysts, and technical staff, to implement solutions.
- Taking a user centred, system and business perspective, understand and clearly articulate how services need to change or be supported.
- Understanding the service experiences of users to deliver more effective outcomes.
- Working closely with users and technical analysts and developers to define and communicate peoples needs.
- Identifying how organisations can delivery and improve outcomes through re-design of user experience, business processes, and better collaboration across systems.
- Setting future visions for products and services that inspire people and meet needs.
DocumentationThe following reporting will be required throughout the duration of the engagement:
- Weekly timesheet completion,
- Weekly status reports; and
- Ad hoc reporting (as requested).

The response to criteria is the first thing looked at in the evaluation process.Essential criteria * Proven experience working in an agile environment in a user research and business function capacity.
- Proven experience in facilitating stakeholder consultation and communication plans.
- Ability to proactively establish and maintain effective and diverse strategic business partnerships, including with senior stakeholders, through collaboration, engagement, responsiveness, and influence.
- Demonstrated experience in contemporary analysis and design practices and techniques including development of design and analysis artefacts such as Business Requirements Document, and Journey Maps, etc.
- Providing input to the development of learning modules to ensure they are appropriately targeted and effectively communicate key messages.
