SparX Lab, an innovative digital Dental Laboratory located in Parramatta with over 50 staff and manufacturing all appliances under the one roof. Responsibilities:
- Able to use CAD/CAM software (e.g. 3Shape, Exocad) to design a wide range of dental prosthetics, including crowns, bridges, veneers and implants
- Interpret dental impressions and scans to create precise digital models.
- Collaborate with dental technicians and clinicians to ensure design accuracy, functionality, and aesthetics to meet patient-specific requirements.
- Optimise design workflows and processes to enhance efficiency and productivity in the digital dental laboratory.
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to brainstorm ideas, troubleshoot technical challenges, and contribute to innovation initiatives.
- Reading Prescriptions: reviewing lab instructions provided by dentists to understand the specific requirements for each case, including the type of restoration needed, materials to be used, and aesthetic considerations.
Qualifications and Skills:

- Be an experienced CAD Designer
- Possess excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excel in teamwork and communication
- Understanding with in-house milling and 3D printing
- Understanding of digital workflows
- Be able to communicate with technicians clinical instructions
