The Role
To meet these demands, we are growing our workforce, and have a permanent career opportunity for an Electrical CAD Drafter in our Gladstone office.
Our CAD Team is passionate about ensuring that our clients’ electrical drawings are accurate and prepared to comply with the correct standards.
But it’s not just about sitting behind a computer all day – this role means getting out on site, meeting with clients, collecting data and validating existing drawings.

- Utilise AutoCAD and MicroStation to prepare all standard electrical drawings.

To be successful, the prospective applicant will have:
- Excellent language and communications skills.
- Permanent residency status in Australia.
- A Diploma or Certificate in Electrical Engineering or an Electrical Trade background.
- At least 5 years relevant CAD experience.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in drafting technical drawings.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on working with a variety of engineers.
- Good knowledge of Australian Standards applicable to electrical engineering.
