Who you are:
You love coffee. You have excellent communication skills and can build positive, lasting relationships with our retail customers. You take pride in your work and enjoy working in a supportive and collaborative team environment. You enjoy variety in your daily tasks and perform well in a fast-paced environment. You are personal, friendly, and professional.
• Have at least 2 years of experience as a barista/all rounder
• Experience working in a busy environment (5kg/day)
• Be reliable, punctual and well presented
• Have a warm and engaging personality
• Have a positive can-do attitude and great energy
• Understand the science behind changing the grind, knowledge of weighing and dialing in coffees
• Have a passion for excellent coffee, quality food and amazing service
• Show initiative and be prepared for high pressure situations
• Be a team player
• Able and willing to work weekend, public holiday, opening and closing shift
• Possess great time management skills and a sense of urgency
• Possess excellent attention to detail and ability to execute tasks efficiently and consistently, to a high standard
• Ability to preform duties such as working on the till & POS system, cleaning duties and waiting tables
• Be available to work early starts 6.30am or 7am (early finish 3pm latest) across Monday to Saturday. All floor staff are finished by 4pm daily.

This is a casual position with possibility of full time for the right candidate
