Gabriel Chocolate is seeking an enthusiastic and energetic persons to join our team at our new chocolate shop in Metricup. The role is primarily customer focused - either serving customers our range of hot and cold drinks, deserts and ice cream or assisting in general cafe duties, including preparing cakes cookies and ice cream.
We want people that are passionate about food especially chocolate and delivering exceptional customer service. Coffee making experience is highly desired although we can provide the assistance needed to get you up to speed. If you have more experience and looking for a supervisory role please apply as we may be able to expand the role on offer to include your talents.
The primary role is to do all things in our cafe from serving customers, making drinks, prepping deserts, waiting, cleaning and working with other staff in making our customer experience an enjoyable and memorable one. Some work in chocolate production may also be available at times.
The position is available starting immediately and is ongoing. 5 days per week shifts (7-8 hours) are available. Weekend work will be required. As we are located in a rural setting transport is essential.
