Gloria Jeans North Dandenong is looking for an energetic and motivated individual hired as a Cafe all Rounder who is a team player, willing to help their fellow team members and excellent customer service.

Duties & Responsibilities include (but are not limited to)

• Managing and handling food & coffee preparation
• Excellent customer service and presentation
• Store opening and closing duties
• Serving and engaging with guests
• Assisting with stock control
• Maintaining the appearance and presentation of the store
• General clean-up duties

Individual Attributes

• Demonstrated experience in Food/Hospitality
• Barista experience
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
• Ability to take initiative and think on your feet
• High attention to detail
• A reliable and 'can-do' attitude
• Available to work on weekdays and weekends (varied hours, approx. 15 – 25 hours/week)
