About the Role:
We are seeking a Cafe Attendant (Aged Care Employee Level 2) to join our team.
You will be based at our Cheltenham House, located at 144 Beecroft Road Beecroft NSW 2119.
Your employment hours will be Monday to Friday: 10:00am to 4:00pm
Who you are:
- Must have a positive attitude and are passionate about working with the elderly.
- Enjoy having a conversation and can adapt your communication style to your audience.
- Respectful, friendly, enthusiastic and energetic.
- Confident in delivering excellence in customer service and personal presentation at all times.
- Enjoy working as part of a team and autonomously.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Excellent in verbal communication skills, with the ability to work well with staff and enjoy conversing with families and residents.
- Delivering excellence in customer service.
- Ability to effectively deliver beverage and light refreshments service to residents and visitors in all aspects of cafe operations.
- Maintain premium standards of service, cleanliness, and presentation.
- Knowledge of infection control procedures.
- Previous work experience in a similar role preferred.
