The Role |
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, with precision and consistency
- Take customer orders and provide exceptional customer service with a friendly and welcoming attitude
- Ensure that the Cafe is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times
- Operate and maintain coffee-making equipment, such as espresso machines and grinders
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines and maintain cleanliness standards
- Ability to operate a register and handle cash/eftpos transactions
About You |
- Previous experience as a barista is advantageous for success
- A genuine passion for coffee and a willingness to learn
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- A friendly and outgoing personality with a positive attitude
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
