The latest opportunity is to join the team as a full time Café Supervisor in our Ainslie Lifestyle Cafe. The Cafe Supervisor manages the Lifestyle Café and ensure that our residents, their guests and other patrons will be able to enjoy quality food services in a friendly and vibrant atmosphere.

Here's a quick snapshot on the day to day activities:

• Working in conjunction with the Chef, be responsible for the management of the Lifestyle Cafe
• Supervise and develop employees within the café, including rostering
• Assist with food preparation, opening setup, closing clean-up, taking of orders, and serving food and beverages
• Responsible for revenue growth and cost control

What's needed

• Qualifications in Hospitality Management
• Extensive experience in cafe management or food and beverage service
• Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate.
• Experience using the Microsoft suite primarily Microsoft Excel.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with a diverse range of stakeholders
