Roller Operator/Labourer

Civil Roadworks ROLLER Machinery operator/ Labourer roles – Rockhampton/Yeppoon road area, Monday to Friday with some Saturdays when required.Synaco Global Recruitment are looking for Civil ROLLER Machinery Operators, Labourers to work in the Capricornia Region. This project works involve the NEW upgrading of Rockhampton/Yeppoon road. The works typically involve Clearing & grubbing, Realignment, Pavement reconstruction, Manoeuvre widening, Earthworks, Embankment widening, Improvements to property access, Intersection improvements, Drainage works, Signage & line marking works. You may also be required to direct traffic through worksites, move materials around the site and operate company vehicles used in road working and assist with general labouring site duties.These roles are casual but with full-time hours which may lead to something more permanent in the future. The current project’s estimated length of time is around 2 years. DIDO out roles only.Candidates who are reliable, have their own transport and experience listed below are encouraged to apply.Opportunity/Position

• Civil Road Construction - Plant Machinery ROLLER operator/Labourer
• DIDO role only.
• Must be available for shifts Monday to Friday, and some Saturday’s if required.
• 10-12hour shifts – Start time 6.30am
• Excellent rates of pay
• Must live Locally in the Rockhampton/Yeppoon area.
• Immediate start for successful candidates

Must have/be able to:

• Prior Civil Road construction experience
• White card
• Drivers Licence/ Machinery ROLLER Operator ticket
• Must have Full PPE
• Must have reliable transport to and from the work location.
• Reliable team player
• Physically fit.
• Must be able to pass a Drug and Alcohol test, Pre employment medical/and or police check, if required.
