This modern café is an inviting place for our loyal customers to enjoy a great cup of coffee and delicious menu. Be ready to be challenged with the following key responsibilities:

• Assisting the Café Manager to lead and empower café staff as well as assisting with managing rosters, café budget and expenditure
• Overseeing daily operations and administration of the café
• Providing exceptional service to existing and new customers
• Preparing high quality food and drinks
• Following food safety standards and Work Health & Safety guidelines

Our café trading hours are Monday to Saturday, 7am to 3pm on most days. Yes, that’s right no Sunday work!

We’re looking to hear from people who can commit to this role in part time or full time hours. Please tell us what availability you have, and we’ll consider it!

We are looking for candidates that have at least 12 months experience in a similar hospitality role. Significant awareness of WHS and food handling hygiene standards is essential. We are seeking a hard worker with a customer-focused approach, excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Solid organisational skills and the ability to focus on completing tasks on time is also highly valued. And a person who can make the perfect cup of coffee too as Barista skills are desirable.
