As a Residential Property Manager you will be a key cog in our Property Management Team, and will be supported by our property Facilitators who undertake all of the ingoing and outgoing inspections as well as our Assistant Property Managers. Your key responsibility will be to manage an existing portfolio of approx. 160 properties primarily in the Northern Suburbs, Adelaide CBD and Adelaide Hills, including
- Providing exceptional customer service, as you will be the key contact for the landlords and tenants within your portfolio.
- Leasing properties and conducing open inspections.
- Conducting routines inspections
- Managing property repairs and maintenance.
- Facilitating lease renewals.
- Managing vacating tenants and vacancies.
- Managing arrears.
- A Certificate IV in Property Services (Real Estate) and Property Manager Licence from CBS is a requirement of this role.
- Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
- Strong administration & time management skills
- Demonstrated ability to use initiative
- High attention to detail
- Integrity, respect, commitment to those both within and outside of the business, glass half full attitude.
- Previous experience in a corporate office environment preferred.
- Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills
- Extremely good communication skills.
- Experience in property management software such as Property Tree, Inspect Real Estate, Tenant Options, Trello, Inspection Manager and Bricks + Agents are desired but not essential.
- Experience in managing NRAS properties is desired but not essential.
