We are looking for passionate, experienced baristas and Refuellers (our Cafe Team Members) who bring a warm and genuine approach along with speedy and efficient service to the members of TotalFusion Platinum!  You will be working at our different Refuel Bars within the TFP luxury facility.

Are you passionate about delivering the highest levels of service in a relaxed, modern, and personalised manner while working with fresh, high quality produce surrounded by like-minded people?

Whether you're interested in joining our team as a Barista or Refueller, you'll need:

• 1 year’s minimum experience as in customer service environment 
• Great communication skills
• Genuine and welcoming customer service approach. 
• Food Safety Certificate (or willing to obtain during the first two weeks of employment)
• Great time management skills

Barista:

• 1 years minimum experience as a barista
• prepare all coffee, tea and espresso-based drinks ordered with consistency while maintaining high productivity levels.
• maintain quality standards and assist in ensuring recipes are up to date. 
• build a repour with repeat customers and provide excellent customer service and address needs of customers in a timely and effective manner.
• maintain a safe, clean and well-organized working environment.
• follow and comply with established procedures, including, health and sanitation, and adhere to safe work practices.
• operate and sanitise all equipment in a safe and proper manner.
• maintain operational standards for the Tonic/Coffee and drinks program.
• support in mentoring and training fellow Team Members to ensure we always meet our high standards of quality and deliciousness for every beverage and food item served in the refuel bar.
• assist in maintaining inventory of things necessary to the success of the Coffee Program, including milk, paper goods, towels, cleaning supplies etc.
• other duties as assigned by management.

Refueller:

• juice, smoothie or barista experience advantageous 
• build a repour with repeat customers and provide excellent customer service and address needs of customers in a timely and effective manner.
• preparing, decorating, and serving a range of juices, smoothies and drinks with consistency while maintaining high productivity levels.
• maintain quality standards and following recipes provided. 
• maintain a safe, clean, and well-organized working environment.
• follow and comply with established procedures, including, health and sanitation, and adhere to safe work practices.
• operate and sanitize all equipment in a safe and proper manner.
• maintain operational standards for the Smoothie, Juice and drinks program.
