The Role
Waverley Country Club is currently seeking an enthusiastic, committed and customer service focused All-rounder to join their team on a Part-time basis (Approx 9 hours/week), located in Rowville, Victoria.
Your main objectives will include attending to residents’ enquiries, general clubhouse operations, café drinks preparation and service, bar service, general housekeeping, basic administrative services and providing emergency response services to contribute to a high standard of services for residents and visitors and to the delivery of exceptional customer service at the village.
The successful candidate will have experience in dealing with the elderly and frail along with the ability to make critical decisions in relation to emergency call outs with a professional and positive approach to ensure that all residents’ needs are met in accordance with Lendlease standards.
To be successful it would be desirable if you have the following:
- Experience in a similar role
- Current Level 2 First Aid Certificate (essential or willing to obtain)
- RSA Certificate (essential or willing to obtain)
- Food Handling Certificate (essential or willing to obtain)
- Highly motivated and able to take initiative
- Training and working with a supportive and fun team
