Cairns - Roving Pharmacist Leader

• Highly Competitive Compensation: Enjoy generous base rates, alternating weekends, totaling approximately $140,000 including super (before mileage, bonuses and incentives). 
• Dynamic Work Environment: Changing roster across 6 TerryWhite Chemmart pharmacies in the Cairns region, providing variety while utilising same systems.  
• Roving Pharmacist Leader: Set the standard to ensure efficient dispensary operations. Where required be the Acting Pharmacy Manager during your visits across our stores.  

The Position:

Join our successful and locally focused TerryWhite Chemmart pharmacies in the Cairns region. This key pharmacy support role will see you dispense scripts, deliver Care Clinic services including vaccinations, and ensure smooth dispensary operations. You will work closely with our Pharmacy Managers and where required act as relief Pharmacy Manager covering leave and offering additional support. This role will see you reporting directly to Senior Management and engaged Owners. 

As a valued addition to our network, you will drive and motivate our pharmacy teams across the region through hands-on leadership and your enhanced patient care. 

Please note that our stores are located in Cairns, Atherton and Innisfail, and you must be willing to occasionally travel up to 90 minutes each way.

About You:

We are looking for someone who is passionate about community pharmacy, shares our commitment to service offerings, especially in clinical care, believes in achieving a healthy work-life balance, enjoys a flexible schedule, seeks a bit of adventure, and appreciates a supportive team environment. To be considered for this role you must have a current General Registration as a Pharmacist (without conditions or undertakings) with AHPRA and experience leading a pharmacy or dispensing team.
