This is a senior role that sits in the Operations team but working closely with the Marketing team. This person will be responsible for developing growth strategies across our network of restaurants and drives sales.
What you'll do
This cross-functional role will work closely with Development Agents, State Ops Managers and Franchise Partners to grow the business through local and regional marketing initiatives including:
- Regional amplification of national campaigns
- Activating the brand at a regional level
- Local Area Marketing including proactive activity, NROs and Defence Plans as well as social and delivery aggregator strategies
- Be responsible for optimising processes, triaging LAM requests and ensuring that outputs are effective and efficient.
- Be a Brand Experience champion, looking at how restaurants can improve across to board to deliver a best-in-class Brand Experience including but not limited to restaurant signage, in-restaurants comms, Google Business Reviews etc.
- Financial management will also be an important part of this role, ensuring regional budget allocations are split and spent effectively.

- 8+ years experience in marketing or operations
