Brisbane Northside. - Immediate start

Positions :
Cake decorators -20- 25 hours per week
We are expanding and looking for new Cuties !!!

These roles will be given to passionate people who love all that is cake.

You will need to be organised, process-driven and a proactive team member who would be able to work autonomously and think on their feet while also being a vital member of an energetic team. 

We are extremely passionate about the quality of our products, hygiene and food safety practices. 

Working weeks range from Monday to Saturday. 
The shop is within walking distance of train lines. 
Limited parking.   

 
****Tasks and Responsibilities**** 

Cake Decorator duties will include but are not limited to :

• Preparation and decoration of various cakes, cupcakes and sweets with a focus on buttercream finishes. 
• Must have piping and finishing skills. 
• Must have attention to detail
• Ability to follow instructions.
• Preparing buttercreams, fillings and ganaches
• Ensuring and maintaining stock levels and rotation
• Extremely high regard for organisation and cleanliness
• Quality assurance of products.
• Have good time management skills and the ability to clean up after yourself. 
• Ability to be proactive, and reliable. Support other team members.    
•  It would be advantageous to have experience working in a commercial kitchen in a similar role.

Jr. Role. - Week-end work 

• Customer service.
•  Packaging
•  Cleaning 
• Staff support

All position Pay will be based on skill and experience. 
Starting at the award rate for beginners and above the award rate for the more highly skilled candidates.
