Global Testing Services is seeking a Calibration Technician to join our Technical Services department in Canning Vale. As an integral part of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our testing equipment. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform calibration and adjustment of electrical test and measurement equipment according to established procedures and guidelines.
- Conduct troubleshooting and repair of faulty equipment to maintain functionality.
- Record calibration data, ensuring accuracy and completeness for compliance with quality standards.
- Collaborate with other technical staff to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies at all times.
Main Tasks:
- Calibrate a variety of electrical testing equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, power supplies, and function generators.
- Identify and rectify issues with equipment performance by conducting diagnostic tests and implementing necessary adjustments or repairs.
- Maintain detailed records of calibration activities, including instrument history, test results, and maintenance schedules.
- Communicate effectively with team members regarding equipment status, issues, and resolutions.
