Mobile Hv Tester/Calibration Technician

Australian owned Tex At Site is an industry leader in mobile on-site HV testing and calibration of an ever-increasing range of instrumentation including electrical, dimensional, pressure, torque and temperature as well as onsite NATA endorsed services.  We service and travel to locations across Australia and New Zealand.

Field Technician

We currently have a vacancy for a Mobile High Voltage Electrical Tester /Calibration Technician.  Formal Electrical qualifications are preferred however they are not mandatory as training will be provided to candidates with aptitude in this field. 

Regular periods of travel across the Perth metro and regional Western Australia are required.  Regional travel can be 2 weeks a month in different locations. 

Key Functions, Duties and Outcomes
• be willing to undergo regular medical, drug, and alcohol tests as
required by the Company and our customers
• have a strong customer service focus
• be computer literate
• have a commitment to workplace health and safety
• hold a manual Australian drivers licence and be able to drive a 6 metre
van 
• Ability to work independently or in a team environment.
• be available for regular periods of travel, both remote and interstate
• be willing to present for work clean-shaven at times when requested as
an OH&S requirement of some customers

Prerequisite Qualifications, experience and/or skills – Essential:
• Current unrestricted manual driver’s licence (Australian recognised).

• Knowledge of electrical, dimensional, torque or temperature equipment
