ABOUT YOUR NEW ROLE:
We are looking for a Full timeCall Center Assistant in our room service department.
The Call Centre Assistant plays an integral role in the provision of food and nutrition services to patients and guests, and is the initial engagement point with the Food Services departments across the Private Division.
You will also be responsible for assisting patients as well as their guests and family members with meal selections via the electronic system, telephone , or in person from patients' rooms (for patients screened as needing assistance).
You will utilise the CBORD software system, which interfaces with the patient electronic medical record, answer patient calls, enter meal orders into CBORD and provide assistance to patients with menu selections that are in accordance with their prescribed diet.
