SalaryOur client located in Nerang Gold Coast is currently looking for energetic and reliable professionals to join them as Call Centre Representatives. These roles will be ongoing casual positions.
The chosen candidates will handle outbound calls (70+ per day), employing company protocols to arrange appointments swiftly and accurately, while demonstrating the capacity for prompt decision-making and a dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
- Excellent phone manner and superior communication skills (both oral and written) and exceptional customer service skills
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft office suite (Excel) including data entry
- Professional and well presented
- Can work autonomously and demonstrate initiative
- Outstanding time management skills with ability to prioritise and negotiate a course of action
- Must like a fast paced, ever-changing environment
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Great team player, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team
- A fantastic work ethic
- Must be solution focused and can think outside the box
- The ability to be active in contributing to on-going continuous improvement processes within the service department
Start date: Monday 4th March 2024.
Shift Hours: 8am to 4pm or 10am to 6pm
