TLC Early Learning Centre is a small family-owned business located in Raymond Terrace. Our service welcomes up to 75 children per day.
The service is opened from 6:30 am until 6.00pm. The service is supported by a strong management and leadership team consisting of the approved provider, nominated supervisor and the educational leader. Our educators are dedicated to supporting each other and have built and maintained positive relationships with our children and families.
We value children as an individual with unique personality, interests and needs. We are seeking passionate and motivated certificate 111 and Diploma Educators to join our team on a fulltime or part time basis. We love working alongside our local community which is evident through our regular incursions with Murook Cultural Centre, and our mindfulness program that is run every term for both Staff and children, Mind, Heart & Soul is imbedded into our weekly program.

Qualifications & experience
- Certificate 111 or Diploma in children's services
- Must have been working in the industry for a minimum of 12 months.
- Current first aid including Asthma and Anaphylaxis.
- updated Child protection.
- Current Working with children's check.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Sound understanding of programming and planning.
- Able to work as a team member.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Sound understanding of the EYLF, NQS, QIP, NQF.
- A genuine passion for educating and caring for children.
- Understanding of the child safe standards
