Qa Manager - Coe

Purpose of Position:As the Quality Assurance Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of quality across the Testing Centre of Excellence (TCoE). Your primary responsibility will be to assist the enhancement and implementation of QA framework, processes, and governance standards. You'll work closely with stakeholders across the organisation, including senior management, to ensure that quality is upheld throughout project lifecycles and BAU activities.Key Responsibilities:

• Enhancement and implementation of QA processes, templates, and procedures within the TCoE.
• Provide direction to teams on QA practices and ensure adherence to QA standards.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify and mitigate delivery risks.
• Define and implement new processes, methodologies, and standards to meet evolving demands.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure quality control over vendors' deliverables.
• Drive the effective delivery and operation of testing-related tools to achieve standard outcomes and ROI.
• Conduct regular health checks and quality audits to maintain quality standards.
• Provide training and support to enable teams to achieve quality standards.
• Contribute to the development of relevant budgets and forecasts within budget guidelines.
• Provide mentoring, and coaching to TCoE team members.

Key Selection Criteria:

• Experience influencing key stakeholders.
• Extensive experience in Quality Assurance Management, preferably in an organisation-wide capacity.
• Expertise in setting technical direction and implementing QA standards and processes.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively promote ideas and drive change.

Role details:

• Will consider candidates who require part time (3 or 4 days per week) - Salary will be pro-rata.
• Work from home 50% of the time if part time.
• Full time onsite 3 days per week.
