The Gig

We are looking for a Campaign Account Manager to assist our Media team in campaign implementation, partner relationships, media campaign and on platform interactions performance for our national agency and direct partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Preparing and sending bi monthly media campaign & on platform interactions (OPI) performance reporting    
  • Communicating with internal and external stakeholders 
  • Assisting sales in developing and implementing growth / retention strategies
  • Relationship building, account management and providing excellent customer service
  • Manage the media calendar in conjunction with the Provider Marketing Manager
  • Create any necessary development tickets for media work that requires engineering, and ensure appropriate prioritisation of those tasks.
  • Implementing and monitoring client campaigns 
  • Execution and build of EDM campaigns
  • Providing ongoing technical support to the sales team, including data mining and analysis
  • Managing product inventory via Google Ads Manager and Braze

Experience you’ll bring:

  • +2 year’s experience in a Customer administration/service role 
  • Account Management / Relationship Management experience
  • Previous experience within a Media Agency, Digital Agency or Healthcare organisation will be highly regarded but not essential
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication
  • Google Ads Manager, Braze & marketing analytics platforms
  • Demonstrated experience in executing and building EDM campaigns
  • Understanding of all relevant market information related to Campaign Account management & tools used in the industry
