What you'll work on:

  • Collaborate with Digital Experience and the Content Studio to ensure all activity in digital channels is optimised based on the consumer journey and campaign measures of success.
  • Understand and coordinate the platform and channel set-up required to deliver paid media activity, including data measurement tags, owned channel requirements, and buying tools.
  • Manage direct reports’ performance planning and provide ongoing coaching and support to the team for their learning, development, and personal growth.
  • Monitor media performance and investment to optimise paid media plans and marketing search strategy for high performance across the consumer journey, driving action amongst the intended audiences.
  • Work alongside the Chief Data Office and Research Teams on projects supporting data visualisation, audience segmentation, and data access.
  • Stay abreast of trends and insights in paid media and identify new opportunities relevant to the brand and our marketing objectives, including the identification of brand aligned bespoke or niche channels – including specific to the Tasmanian market.
  • Lead by example as a role model through values and professional standards and drive continuous improvement.
  • Coach and support the wider Brand team to build understanding of paid media channels, processes, data and insights.

Who you are:

You are an experienced paid media professional who is equally driven by media effectiveness and brand alignment. You look for opportunities to strategically create value while telling the brand story, and you make things happen collaboratively and efficiently.
