AddressReporting to the Head of Sales you will be performing a varied range of duties and responsibilities which include:
• Developing and maintaining Key Account relationships
• Achieving budget objectives and providing accurate revenue and spend forecasts.
• Managing customer profitability and spend effectiveness.
• Executing major category initiatives to drive profitable sales growth.
• Promotions management execution and implementation
• Cross functional communication with Marketing, Category and Finance
The successful candidate will need 3-5 years experience with managing key accounts in the FMCG industry. Having relationships and an understanding with Major Grocery, Pharmacy and Mass Retail players including K Mart, Target etc will be a real advantage to securing this position. You will be a self-starter, comfortable with working autonomously and be able to show a track record of achieving budget, building long lasting relationships with Head Office level. Car and valid license will be essential.
On offer is a company that has been stable even throughout difficult times, and has a very stable team. They have had very little turnover and prefer to promote from within. Salary will be depending on experience and be between $100-125k base + Super + Bonus.
