As the Campus Administrator, you're not just a behind-the-scenes hero-you're the face of our school! You'll be the maestro conducting the symphony of administrative tasks, ensuring everything runs smoothly and everyone feels welcome. From managing front-of-house duties, mastering digital records to conquering financial wizardry, your mission, is to elevate the school experience to legendary heights. Be part of setting up our school and shaping the way we do things to create a positive, supportive, fun environment for students and staff and ensuring that our support systems are top notch. Who on earth are we? Y Whittlesea is a not-for-profit that happens to be part of the oldest youth organisation in the world and oldest social enterprise where all profits go back into our communities. The Y School is a fresh initiative, crafting a safe and inclusive learning environment for young people aged 15-20 who may have faced disengagement from education.
