The Campus Coordinator is a newly formed role based at our Kent Town Campus.
The Campus Coordinator role is a results driven, performance based role within the organisation and is a contributor to the smooth running of day-to-day functioning of the City Campus for Your Learning Portal.
The Campus Coordinator works closely with the Campus Support Officer in relation to core functions of the business as they relate to the physical assets and student activities by remaining:
- Compliant with any state or federal legislation governing our Service Delivery;
- In accordance with industry best practice;
Key responsibilities:
The Campus Coordinator is responsible for:
- Working cooperatively with all staff members to achieve the business goals
- Data entry into the AVETMISS system for student enrolment information and learning programs
- Working co-operatively with the Campus Support Officer to ensure that all programs are appropriately maintained in the AVETMISS Student Management System
- Facilitating and maintaining quality communication amongst all team members
- Reviewing Survey Monkey and Google review data and intuitively use this data in concert with the Media and Marketing Team Member for student acquisition purposes
- Entering a comparative view of feedback material into the relevant section of the Incident Management System and maintaining the monthly data analysis
- Delivering compliance and governance data outcomes from the Incident Management System to the monthly Compliance and Governance Meeting
- Supporting the CEO in endorsement and accreditation matters relating to compliance and governance
- Supporting the CEO in the identification, review and development of all policy and procedure manuals
- Work cooperatively with the CEO and Media and Marketing Team Member to ensure business opportunities are presented for development
- Attend the monthly Compliance and Governance Meetings and contribute relevant information that pertains to the role and business activities
- Identify, report and document any business-related risks, events and incidents to the CEO and work co-operatively with other Team Members on risk control plans
- Ensuring that all data reporting requirements are delivered on either a monthly or annual basis to ensure that governance activities are conformant
- Developing, following and maintaining functional systems and processes that ensure the smooth running of the business for the entire team, our consumers and general public
