We currently have a vacancy for a Showroom Manager to head up our NEW Fyshwick Showroom. The successful applicant will lead an experienced team who are focused on delivering great customer service at all times. This is a full-time role working any five days as required across Monday to Sunday.
We are looking for a person with previous management experience, ideally within furniture or fashion homeware, who can:
- Develop and implement a plan to ensure the achievement of monthly sales and profit targets
- Ensure showroom presentation levels that reflect Loungelovers’ standards
- Ensure a full complement of trained and engaged team members
- Provide leadership which reflects our brand values
- Create an environment that results in a team focused on “delighting the customer”
- Maintain the highest levels of health and safety for all store stakeholders
- Ensure the accuracy of all administrational processes
- Personally deliver a great sales experience for our Sunshine Coast customers
