Rory’s School Lunches manages, supplies, and operates SA school canteens across Adelaide. Our objective is to provide nutritious, hygienically prepared, healthy food to all students and school communities.

Our flexible canteen roles across Adelaide could be a perfect fit for you.

We are looking for Canteen Operators to undertake a day-to-day range of activities, including food preparation, cooking, serving students, food receival and storage, maintaining and assuring the canteen areas are clean, sanitised and ready for the next day's activities.

38 weeks per year, Monday to Friday shifts, hours ranging between 7.30 am - 2.30 pm

As part of a Canteen team, you will support the development of solid relationships within a school community, particularly with the students, parents, teachers, and other school personnel.

Casual and part-time positions are available.

There is a wide range of hours and roles to accommodate workforce re-entry or those requiring more hours and leadership advancements.

SPECIFICATION

• Previous experience is not required; we’re looking for personality, presentation, and a can-do attitude with excellent communication and people skills. 
• Nurturing and caring nature to help build strong bonds within our School Communities.
• Working with Children Check is required/willing to obtain due to the nature of our work within school-based environments.
• Various hours are available depending on applicants and the flexibility to move between roles if you’re keen.
• Many locations across Adelaide
